“We recently selected Willow Bough Tea Rooms to cater for an event in Clapham. Clare rose to the challenge not only of the venue which had no kitchen facilities to speak of, but also of the requirements of a fundraiser to balance costs with something that would showcase her brand and people would enjoy on the night. Her idea to provide individual ploughman’s boxes including cheese, oatcakes, mini brownie and mini scones went down a storm and provided our guests with a variety of textures and tastes. She also catered for GF and DF guests with ease.

“Popped into this charming tea rooms yesterday and I was very glad I did! I got a warm welcome from the owner and chose a table buy the window. I really fancied a cream tea so I ordered scones and a pot of English breakfast tea. I wasn’t disappointed! The scones were so light! Absolutely delicious – the best scones I have had and I have been to many of the top London hotels for their very expensive afternoon teas so that’s saying something!!
